Our manifesto

Give matter a new shape.

Unrealdesign Motorsport is a customization initiative — still in development — born to break the rules of motorsport plastics. We build alternative parts from scratch, fusing design and craftsmanship to give bikes an identity that has never existed before.

Every aesthetic is imagined without shape limits. We digitize the artist's vision through 3D modelling, involving designers and artists who share our philosophy — creating something that, at first glance, looks surreal.

This is only the first chapter of a project that wants to break every rule of motorsport aesthetics.

Are you ready?
Chapter 01 · The Dragon

From a blank page
to a predator on wheels.

How our first model was born — a creature that turns a motorbike into a three-dimensional extension of your attitude. One design, two bikes: a Honda CRF in bloody red and a Kawasaki KXF in electric green.

01

It all starts with
a blank page.

Everything begins from a blank sheet and the will to create something unique. We wanted to transfer the fluidity, the grit and the three-dimensionality of an idea directly onto the lines of the bike.

This sketch is the meeting point between creativity, motor culture and new technologies.

02

We were looking for something visceral.

For our debut we wanted impact. Something aggressive. Something that couldn't be ignored when it walked into the paddock.

So we shaped a creature halfway between a dragon and a crocodile — alive on the volumes of the bike. Three-dimensional scales that catch the light, organic lines, and a predator look that turns the vehicle into a true extension of your attitude.

03

Our first model.
Our calling card.

Every scale, every curve, every shadow has been modelled in 3D and produced with a process that has nothing to do with classic stickers or applied graphics. The plastic itself becomes sculpture.

This is our calling card. The future of custom plastics is here.

04

Same shape.
New colour.

The Dragon lives on two bikes. First born on a Honda CRF dressed in bloody red, now reborn on a Kawasaki KXF in electric green. Same three-dimensional scales, same predator soul — a different attitude.

One design, endless liveries. Choose the bike, choose the colour, keep the identity.

Chapter 02 · The Skeleton

From flesh to bone.
A different kind of beast.

After the dragon, we wanted the opposite extreme: stripped down, essential, almost surgical. A skeleton that wraps the bike like an exoskeleton — raw, anatomical, alive in another way.

01

From a sketch to a body.

A skull at the front. Ribs along the tank. Vertebrae on the rear. A graphite study that turns the bike into a living anatomy — half x-ray, half death metal cover.

The skeleton is the second chapter of a story that wants to push every limit of motorsport plastics.

02

The anatomy of a ride.

Every bone is modelled in 3D, tested in proportion, and built around the real volumes of the bike. The ribs follow the airbox, the vertebrae trace the seat, the skull becomes the front mask.

Nothing is decoration. Every element is a piece of structure that talks.

03

Bones, ready to come alive.

The full kit, modelled and ready for production. White is just the start: every piece can be finished in any color, any texture, any finish you imagine.

A new shape, a new attitude, a new way to wear your bike.

04

The kit, on the bike.

Prototype becomes reality. The Skeleton anterior kit — skull mask, ribs and vertebrae — installed on a Honda CRF. Real bike, real bones, real ride.

This is where digital sculpture meets the paddock.

05

Full Forged Carbon.

The final evolution: the entire Skeleton kit — front mask, ribs, tail — moulded in forged carbon fibre. The most noble material in motorsport, shaped into the wildest silhouette we've ever made.

The weave catches every light. Every rib, every vertebra shines like polished obsidian. Craftsmanship meets high-tech in a single, unrepeatable piece.

This is where the promise becomes a bike. Ride the bones.

The 3D process

From sketch to print.
How every chapter is born.

Every piece you see lives twice — first on paper, then in three dimensions. It's the tight integration between technology and craftsmanship that makes it possible: shapes imagined without limits, digitized in 3D, prototyped with 3D printing, and finally hand-sculpted in premium materials — including carbon fibre.
